Gastown Loft Upgrade

This Gastown loft in Vancouver received a full upgrade. The expansion produced a larger living space and a more modern, polished look. The update included custom kitchen cabinetry, glass backsplash, and new appliances like a gas cooktop and wine fridge. Using sleek higher-end materials such as quartz countertops and stone fireplace surround really elevate this loft space.

Both bathrooms were completely redone with new glass and industrial-looking tile to complement the crisp colour scheme. Lofts generally have incredibly large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The lighter-toned colours of the kitchen, upper deck, and bathrooms play an important role in brightening the look and feel of the space. The entire unit was repainted and carpet installed upstairs.

We love how the high-contrast custom-stained stairs turned out. Purposefully designed wall units and shelving make the most of the smaller-space living.
