Learning Ladder Children’s Centre

Creating a functional space for a daycare from two retail spaces tested our team’s creativity and permitting talents, but it was a rewarding project considering the nature of the business! As this was our client’s first business, budget was limited and we had the full construction process to undertake—from planning design schematics and submitting drawings for permits, to demoing previous fittings and finishing it to suit future tiny clients. NOVERO sourced all the elements for the daycare renovation, determined specialized needs (such as double-height vanities at the right height for toddlers, and security measures to keep little people in the right areas), and managed the complicated permitting process.
