Maple Ridge White & Bright Reno

This project encompassed a full update of our client’s 1900 sq foot Maple Ridge house, from a complete kitchen redesign and new flooring throughout the home, to reviving rooms and modernizing the fireplace.

NOVERO also removed the popcorn stucco ceiling; and updated the basement bathroom and laundry room. In this renovation the homeowner requested a highly functional kitchen for their four children. Ample storage was created with custom cabinetry and a large kitchen island was built for quick meals, homework, and entertaining. The latte-coloured glossy tile backsplash keeps the space light but is warmer than all-white tile. Extremely durable materials were used to handle the high traffic and use, such as Synergy Vinyl Plank flooring throughout and Marmo Statuario 12” x 24” tile - a porcelain tile that looks like marble - in the bathroom. Other renovation highlights include the Astro Silver Ledgerstone fireplace surround paired with a rough-cut stained wood mantel; and glass railings topped with custom-stained wood caps. Overall the renovation not only modernized the home, but made it more light-filled, open, and welcoming.
