This house’s usable space was limited by a series of rooms that were divided into small sections, separating the kitchen from the living space. After removing several walls, the NOVERO team erected structural beams and posts to achieve a spacious open concept for the family. The living space became brighter and the owners fell in love with their home again. We replaced the flooring and added wainscotting throughout the house. Bathrooms were modernized with detailed tilework, and a natural wood soffit-covered roof was added over the deck for even more living space.
