The goal of this condo update for a first-time homeowner was to make an old unit (approx. 25-30 years in age) feel new again. We concentrated efforts on a major kitchen facelift, featuring full-height cabinetry with maple shaker-style doors, crown work and under-cabinet lighting. To give the kitchen a more spacious feel, Silestone White North quartz was utilized for the countertop and a full backsplash. The outdated master bathroom called for a major style upgrade. We built a large walk-in shower with a niche (cubby), tiled in elegant 12×24 Stratos Avorio tiles. Insider tip: this tile looks like a veined stone but it’s actually porcelain—making it less costly and easier to maintain. NOVERO also built custom closets in the master for optimal use of space.
