When Joele could hold a hammer, his father brought him onto the building sites. On Saturdays he would pack lumber, clean the 2x4s and stack it in a clean pile under the watchful eye of his dad. As a teenager, he would go straight onto a work site after school, apprenticing in carpentry and residential framing. Joele worked closely under his father for 12 years, before taking a break and working in landscaping. He returned to his roots soon after, founding his own construction company and following in his father’s footsteps.
Joele brings the strong Di Meglio work ethic to the operational side of the business. He strives to build trust with clients by being completely transparent, proactive and hands on.
