Consultation
- Meet to discuss your renovation ideas, needs, and budget
- NOVERO to provide preliminary ballpark budgets for approval
- Schedule a site visit to discuss your needs in more detail

Budgeting
- Prepare a formal quote for your review and confirmation
- Finalize and secure your approval to move forward into design

Planning & Design
- Determine schedule and key dates for design
- Collaborate with your architect while our in-house interior designer begins guiding layout, material, and finish decisions
- Choose finishes—such as flooring, fixtures, appliances, and materials—with your interior designer to align with your lifestyle and budget
- Final estimate provided to include all materials and decisions confirmed within design

Pre-construction
- Apply for permits, e.g. structural, building, electrical and/or plumbing
- Secure engineering sign off, if needed
- Review construction schedule and milestones
- Order products and coordinate delivery dates
- Review schedule, site walk-through, expectations for construction

Construction
- Review project steps and milestones, e.g. demo, crew, electrical work, etc.
- Experience the progress with site visits
- Provide any change orders required
- Conduct structural inspection to ensure all areas are to building code

Completion
- Clean up and project reveal!
- Complete walk through together to ensure you’re fully satisfied, and discuss any deficiencies
- Enjoy a 1 Year Warranty on labour and installation

…Our first renovation, which included renovating a 60’s (or earlier) kitchen as well as a powder room, new closets etc. turned out beautifully!
