Brentwood Park Renovation

This comprehensive renovation refreshed a 1966 two-level Burnaby home inside and out. The main floor was reimagined with updates to the entryway, living spaces, kitchen, bar, three bedrooms, and bathrooms—and finished with engineered hardwood floors. Walls were moved to expand the primary bedroom closet and enclose the living room at the front of the house. The kitchen, dining, and family room were combined into a light-filled great room. The basement now features a gym, media room, office, laundry and mudroom. A large rear deck with a new sliding patio door enhances indoor-outdoor living.
