PROJECT DETAILS
With summer fast approaching this family of four knew that they wanted to create a more welcoming outdoor space. They had installed a hot tub when they moved into their newly-built home, but it stood out in an incomplete backyard.
NOVERO Homes was brought in to make the area feel more comfortable as an extended living space. We built a deck to frame the hot tub and provide an entertaining area. We also built wood panel fencing and a privacy screen in a modern horizontal design. Landscaping was completed, with concrete forming to create additional seating and a raised planter bed. NOVERO replaced the front deck (not pictured) to match the back deck. Other finishing touches to this home included interior wainscotting and crown moulding on the main floor and stairway (not pictured).
