This home owner dreamed of an expansive outdoor living space that could be accessed and utilized year-round. We started by creating a fully-covered deck with natural wood soffits for the west coast feel. Overhead lighting, a sound system and gas line were incorporated. The use of cedar carries through on the stair treads and the under deck storage. This bonus storage area is fully enclosed with lattice, providing a huge easily-accessed space for extra outdoor furniture, equipment and tools. The project was finished with two large stepped paver patios for maximum use of their garden area.
