This house added an extensive covered patio for outdoor entertaining almost year-round. Skylights and lighter wood soffits brighten the space and make it more welcoming. Innovative folding eclipse doors were installed creating continuous sight lines from the kitchen-dining area to outside. When opened, the interior extends into a stunning outdoor living room with a modern fire pit and heaters. Topless glass railings maintain the views. An outdoor kitchen is flanked in stonework and anchored by a serious built-in gas grill; and a new staircase leads to a beautiful tiled landing beside more poolside living space. The master bedroom and bathroom recieved custom tile work, flooring, sliding doors, cabinetry and a modern double-sided fireplace to bridge the two rooms.
