Our client’s renovation wish list included an overall update to their 14-year-old home and the addition of unique features such as a garbage bin roll out. The simplest update was a fresh coat of paint in a monochromatic range throughout the house. Next, we added new flooring with a beautiful plank tile in the kitchen and powder room; and new carpet in the family room, bedrooms and beyond. The kitchen was completely transformed by a new layout, ceiling finishing (including pot lights), fixtures, hardware, as well as the entry area. The choice of glossy white 4x16 subway tile, white quartz countertops and tall white cabinetry now makes the space feel more light, airy and spacious.
