This family asked us to refresh their 2004-built home. Wishing to make it reflective of their style with specific colours and materials in mind, they also looked to us for design solutions to ensure it was more efficient.

Kitchen storage is found by building full-height cabinetry featuring custom-stained maple doors. We incorporate a spice rack roll-out, tray dividers, knife rack, wine storage, and pull-out garbage and recycling. For colour, the homeowner chose a blue backsplash in elongated hex porcelain, charcoal grout, and a matching blue stain on the island. Identical countertops of white quartz with subtle grey veining are added to the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath gains the luxury treatment with a double vanity, freestanding tub, and dream shower featuring a body spray system and rain shower head. The bedroom is warmed up with a large custom-built maple headboard across from a newly-faced ledgestone fireplace. Finally, the stairs are updated with painted risers and new railings.
