PROJECT DETAILS
This renovation revitalized a 1976 Port Moody split-level Mediterranean-style home into a bright, open, and more contemporary space. By removing a wall between the kitchen and living/dining area, the design maximized natural light and expanded the kitchen, which now includes a bar sink and highly functional storage. Decorative archways on the mezzanine were eliminated, the stair railing was updated for a more open feel, and new flooring modernized the main level. The main and ensuite bathrooms were refreshed, replacing outdated finishes and creating a serene walk-in shower.
