Our clients sought to renovate their rancher’s master bathroom into a more luxurious, modern space with an edgier black and white palette. The original floor plan felt cramped and didn’t offer enough storage. Without having to make changes to the existing footprint, we developed a bathroom design customized around their family lifestyle, allowing them to enjoy their bathroom and use it more efficiently.

We eliminated the two-level flooring and moved the shower and tub locations, improving the flow. A custom closet tower and large vanity provide extra storage. The double slipper freestanding tub, walk-in waterfall shower, and faceted pendant lights are the final pieces in this well-appointed bathroom.
efficiently.

Setting the foundation for this contemporary space is the 7 x 8" black matte hex tile on the floor and as wainscotting. Shower tile colours match for a high-impact and cohesive aesthetic, but different shapes and textures keep it interesting. The graphic black & white look is created by using white on all other surfaces, including the tub and quartz countertop, which are set off by black faucets and hardware.
efficiently.
