PROJECT DETAILS
This 1960s split-level Coquitlam home underwent a major exterior upgrade to boost curb appeal and create a more functional outdoor space. Updates included new gutters, soffits, flashing, window shutters, and shingled peaks. A new fiberglass front door with ¾ glass and side lites becomes the focal point, paired with brass hardware, black house numbers, and a black lantern pendant. A crisp white-and-black palette modernizes the look, including painted white brick. In the backyard, an expanded, covered deck with gas heaters offers year-round enjoyment. Weatherdek flooring, fir treads, aluminum railings, and thoughtful lighting complete the transformation, with added storage below
