Sunset Boulevard Outdoor Space

For this North Vancouver family of four that entertains all the time, an improved outdoor space was needed for social gatherings and play.

Since the NOVERO team had already worked with the family on a previous home exterior space, our clients completely trusted us with the custom design and material selection. We created four outdoor zones: living room, kitchen, hot tub, and yard. After pouring the new concrete footings, pad, hot tub slab and stairs, we built an elevated deck. We chose AZEK composite decking in Island Oak to match their exterior colours. This higher-end product is long-lasting, incredibly durable, low maintenance and looks better than vinyl products. The hot tub was brought in by crane. Frameless glass railings keep the look sleek and spacious, allowing everyone to enjoy the lush new landscaping. Details like inset bullet lighting and stainless steel railings add polish to the deck.
